Co-Curricular Record
The University of Calgary Co-Curricular Record (CCR) is an official document that recognizes your on-campus volunteer and extra-curricular experiences. When coupled with your academic transcript, the CCR will provide a holistic view of your overall student experience at the University of Calgary, and will help set you apart from the competition when you graduate. The CCR is hosted on the online Involvement Portal, and uses a database of extracurricular and co-curricular activities that allows students to add positions they have participated in to their personal Co-Curricular Record.

Involvement Advising
Involvement advising connects students interested in exploring their involvement options with trained UCalgary staff members. Through individual, 45-minute appointments, students work with involvement advisors to develop goals for involvement, understand the impact of their involvement, and find opportunities that match their goals and interests. Students can book appointments through the Involvement Portal based on the advisor they would like to work with, and/or the time/date that works best for them. Involvement Advising provides students with the option to connect with their advisor in-person, or online in a Zoom session. Following appointments, advisors continue follow-up with students to check in on their progress and goals. Connect with an advisor today to start planning your involvement journey!

Involvement Catalogue
The Involvement Catalogue is a directory of extracurricular programs and activities available at UCalgary that are eligible for recognition on the Co-Curricular Record. Using tags from all activities listed in the Co-Curricular Record database and programs available through the Involvement Portal, students can search for opportunities based on their interests and availability.
